Put Me In!s mission is to increase access to recreational and competitive sports for Children of Incarcerated Parents (“CIPs”) by providing recurring annual financial aid grants. Our approach is partnership-driven and focused on efficiently distributing financial aid to get CIPs playing sports. Key outcomes targeted include (i) augmenting self-esteem, (ii) increasing personal resiliency in the face of familial adversity, and (iii) enabling the mental and physical health benefits associated with participation in sports. Approximately 2.7 million children in America have an incarcerated parent; more than 5 million children — 7 percent of all US children — have had a parent in prison or jail at some point. Approximately half of children with incarcerated parents are under ten years old. Put Me In! was founded in 2020 by Matt Blodgett who also serves as Executive Director. Matt is a technology investor and social entrepreneur based in San Francisco. Put Me In! was born out of Matts personal experience, where playing competitive sports helped Matt overcome challenges associated with parental incarceration as a child.

Human Movement Management is an active entertainment company based in Louisville, Colorado. We produce the events that make your weekends effin' awesome! Outside the realm of competition, HMM owns and operates Denver Oktoberfest. This yearly Fall celebration located in downtown Denver, invites over 300,000 people a year looking for an authentic German experience. Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO) combats extreme poverty and gender inequity by linking schools for girls to a set of high-value, holistic community services for the urban poor. Through this strategy, we create transformative change across the slums of Nairobi. In our model, a girls’ school becomes a portal for large-scale social change. RVA is an aviation services company specializing in air traffic control (ATC) operations; ATC communications systems engineering, installation, and maintenance; navigation and landing system engineering, installation, and maintenance; aviation safety and Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) studies; and transportation security studies and planning. RVA has an extensive history in Quality Assurance and is the only Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP) in the U.S. to have an ISO 9001:2008 certified Air Traffic Services Quality Management System with an imbedded Safety Management System. All of our senior management personnel and tower managers are SMS trained. The processes and procedures identified in our S/QMS are used throughout our organization on every program and project ensuring that each customer receives a quality end product.
