Andel is a revolution in drug affordability — a cooperative employee platform that unlocks access to GLP-1s and other brand name medications.
Employees need these medications, but employers can’t afford to cover them.
We solve this problem by leveraging the combined buying power of our members to go direct to manufacturers for better prices and a guaranteed supply. Then, employers add a subsidy of their choosing to further reduce costs to members.
With true plug-and-play integration, it’s easy to get started at any point in the benefits cycle. Plus, our intuitive digital platform makes tracking costs and managing your benefit simple — while delivering a best-in-class pharmacy experience for members.
The Andel Discount Drug Program is not insurance. The Andel Discount Drug Program offers reduced prices from participating providers, and discounts vary by provider and service. Participants are responsible for paying discounted charges, as the Andel Discount Drug Program does not make payments to providers on participants’ behalf. Discounts are available only from providers who have contracted to be in network. For more information and a list of participating providers, please contact us at support@andel.org, or by calling us at (833) 962 6335.

Building toward a healthier future for everyone.
After a decade working in hospital administration, founder Brian Whorley saw the same story play out again and again: patients with insurance who couldnt afford to use it. So in 2018, Brian and co-founder Daniel Lynn created Paytient — a healthcare benefit that ensures people can actually get the care they need when they need it, without financial harm.
Heres the problem we solve: 40% of people (inclusive of all income levels) with employer-sponsored health insurance are avoiding care right now because they cant afford the out-of-pocket cost. Their employer sees it too late – higher claims data, sick days, turnover, and far more expensive health crises that could have been prevented. Not for people who use Paytient - 80% of members tell us they got care they otherwise would have avoided or skipped without the app. They get the healthcare they need and everyone saves money as a result.
Paytient is a simple fix. A payment app and affordability solution that works at any provider — medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, even vet — with 0% interest, $0 fees, and repayment on the employees terms up to 12-months. Paytient makes it easier for people to pay for, save on and experience healthcare.
When its easier to pay for care, people get the care they need. And health plans finally work the way theyre supposed to.
Today, we cover over 20 million employees and their families through employer, payer, and health system partnerships including Anthem, Centene, Cigna, Hyatt Hotels, Fifth Third Bank and Panera Bread among thousands of others.
There is a better way. Were building it.
