Helvetica Capital AG was founded in 2015 as an independent investment firm which arose from the team behind SVC Ltd. for Risk Capital for SMEs, a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse. Since 2010, our team at SVC Ltd. (in 2018 renamed Credit Suisse Entrepreneur Capital Ltd. or CSEC) has built up an attrac-tive portfolio with direct investments in Swiss SMEs in the venture, growth and later stage areas, which Helvetica Capital continues to manage and further develop as exclusive advisor to CSEC.
