« La French Tech » (or « French Tech ») is a collective name that refers to all the people working for or in association with French startups, in France and abroad. It includes entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, developers, big companies, media, public institutions… – every player actively working towards the growth and promotion of French startups. La French Tech is an initiative launched by the French government in 2013 to help promoting French startups in France and abroad. Among its founding partners, Business France (the French Trade Commission) is responsible for international promotion of the initiative. « (La) French Tech Beijing » is the name given to the initiative in Beijing. It is run by a steering committee made of entrepreneurs and professionals. Currently gathering a few hundred members in Beijing, the community is particularly active in sharing informations and talents through dedicated group-works and organizing events.

Depuis sa création il y a 240 ans, Mines Paris – PSL forme des ingénieurs et produit des savoirs indispensables pour accompagner les entreprises à relever les défis de leurs temps. À l’origine ceux de l’extraction minière pour la production d’énergie nécessaire aux grandes industrialisations, aujourd’hui ceux des transitions écologiques et des transformations numériques. Membre fondateur de l’Université PSL, Mines Paris – PSL est une grande école d’ingénieurs française de référence et la première en matière de recherche partenariale.
