The Equity Initiative is a program of the CMB Foundation to nurture and facilitate the development of health equity leaders (500+) over a twenty-year period. The Initiative has two objectives: to cultivate and nurture the next generation of leadership through its fellowship program, and to build a collaborative community for promoting health equity in the region. Also known as the Atlantic Fellows for Health Equity in Southeast Asia, it is one of seven Atlantic Fellows programs across the globe.
