Herd of Zebras is bringing disruption to the world of amateur sports leagues and referees. For decades sports organizers have asked: How do I find a referee? Where are sports tournament referees? How do I manage referees? Herd of Zebras is a simple to use system that is free of charge that allows leagues and assignors to source, schedule and manage the referees they need when they need them. We provide background checks, certification management and help referees work when and where they chose to maximize their earnings. Our proprietary software tracks referees by time and location for game sign in and allows for easy score and penalty recording with automatic data transfers to the league administrator. Sports organizations are relieved of the administrative burdens of processing payroll, tracking tax liabilities and preparing end of year tax records. Herd of Zebras is the new way to manage sports official staffing. We offer referee training and referee recruiting and are the source for referee opportunities. Finding a referee job has never been so easy. Our referee certification programs work with existing governing sports authorities to provide referee clinics and certifications as: youth soccer referee, adult soccer referee, tournament referee, Legion umpire, Babe Ruth umpire, little league umpire, home plate umpire, football referee, flag football referee, football side judge, football linesman, football field judge, Pop Warner referee, youth basketball referee, adult basketball referee, basketball official, adult hockey referee, youth hockey referee, hockey linesman, youth lacrosse referee, adult lacrosse referee, lacrosse official, youth softball umpire, adult softball umpire, adult rugby referee, youth rugby referee, rugby official, volleyball umpire, volleyball chair umpire, tennis chair umpire, tennis umpire and tennis line umpire.
