Global Women in Tech (GWiT) is a non-profit organization that promotes Diversity and facilitates sustainable economic growth through international partnerships with organizations, companies and universities meant to bring in innovative programs aimed at enhancing the educational and professional development of women in tech/STEM in Romania. We are ‘global’ as we facilitate the international business exchange between Romania and other countries through the programs, networking and business opportunities we bring in.

Global Women TechLeaders (GWTL) is a non-profit organization, founded in 2017 under OUG Nr. 26⁄2000. We are Leaders in Tech that promote continuous learning and growth though knowledge sharing at global level, through partnerships, programs, events and networking. Our mission is to discover and learn from other Tech Leaders and to support women in tech with their growth journey.

The Open Government Partnership (OGP) is a multi-stakeholder initiative focused on improving government transparency, accountability and peoples participation. OGP brings together government and civil society reformers who work to make governments more effective and responsive to peoples needs. Since OGP’s launch in 2011, its membership has grown from 8 to 77 countries, 150 local governments, and thousands of civil society organizations participating in the OGP process. OGP countries represent one third of the world’s population and have made over 5,000 policy commitments to promote transparency, empower citizens, fight corruption, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance.
