Live Data started with a question: “Can job changes be tracked with info found on the open web?” Simply, we continually verify and correct B2B contact data for the people who use it most. We maintain a database and data sets covering over 70M people at 2M companies, updated in near real-time – including over 30K job changes daily. We are constantly working on providing more and better data delivery options so that those who rely on data accuracy and freshness can consume the data they need, how they need it.

Mission Statement: Advocating for families living in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo counties that have a child with cancer by providing financial, educational, and emotional support. Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation was inspired by a three year old boy with Ewing Sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer and brain tumor diagnoses. One day, his mother broke down in tears as she shared the hardships she and her family had faced while caring for her sick child. She spoke of unplanned and oftentimes extended hospital stays, as well as expensive medications, which sometimes exceeded $1,000 after insurance. She also shared the dilemma of needing to give up her income in order to care for her sick son and be able to accompany him during hospital stays. Mostly, she faced the fear of not knowing whether her son would relapse again or even survive. She shared that her family was seemingly drowning without the knowledge of available support to help them during this difficult time. After this conversation, I realized the great need for a support system for families with children suffering from cancer on the Central Coast. In 2002, with the determination to assist families through their battle with cancer, Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation was born. -- Nikki Katz, Founder Join us on social media: Facebook: www.facebook.com/teddybearcancerfoundation Twitter: twitter.com/Teddybearcancer Instagram: @teddybearcancerfoundation

The Economic Forecast Project was established in 1981 by the Department of Economics at UC Santa Barbara to provide the community with information on economic, demographic, and regional business trends in the Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Ventura County areas. Our primary research activity is the collection and verification of statistical data and other evidence about the changing business and economic environment in our county. The UCSB Economic Forecast Project monitors the status of the economy and provides clear, comprehensive analysis of economic trends in the local area. The Forecast Project is a self-supporting research program, administered by the Office of the Executive Vice Chancellor. Oversight is provided by two Advisory Boards of Directors, one representing the business community of South Santa Barbara County and one representing the business community of North Santa Barbara County.
