Cycling Without Age is a movement started in 2012 by Ole Kassow. Ole wanted to help the elderly get back on their bicycles, but he had to find a solution to their limited mobility. The answer was a rickshaw and he started offering free bike rides to the local nursing home residents. He then got in touch with a civil society consultant, Dorthe Pedersen, at the municipality of Copenhagen, who was intrigued by the idea and together they bought the first 5 rickshaws and launched Cycling Without Age, which has now spread to all corners of Denmark and to 27 countries around the world. Cycling Without Age currently has approx. 5,000 volunteer pilots manning nearly 1,000 rickshaws giving 100,000 elderly nursing home residents the right to wind in their hair.

A non-profit organization established in honor of our beautiful daughter dedicated to changing the outlook for children facing pediatric brain cancer through raising awareness & funds as well as supporting the medical research within pediatric brain cancer. In Europe cancer is the largest killer amongst children by disease, and brain tumors are the leading cause of childhood cancer deaths. The medical research is way underfunded and some brain tumors are terminal upon diagnosis with no advances in treatment options for the last 30 years. Medical research has seen remarkable results within the treatment of childhood leukemia, and the positive trend continues. With a determined effort the same results can be obtained for pediatric brain cancer. The Child Brain Cancer Foundation supports research in brain cancers that affects children in the hope that there will be a cure for all children.

MUNKERUPHUS is an art centre located at the North Coast of Zealand. The house is the former home and studio of the multidisciplinary artist Gunnar Aagaard Andersen. For the last 35 years it has functioned as an exhibition space and is now a well established art centre dedicated to exploring the intersection between art and nature. Munkeruphus itself is an architectural gem. Built in colonial style with wooden cladding and a high shingled roof. It is placed in a large garden with winding paths, great old trees, open lawns and beautiful views through a gully and down slopes to the beach.
