Der FC Viktoria Berlin ist das erste Frauenteam des FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin und spielt in der 2. Frauen-Bundesliga. Seit Sommer 2022 ist das Team eigenständig und unabhängig unterwegs – übernommen und aufgebaut von einem weiblichen Gründungsteam. Nicht als B-Team der Männer, sondern als eigene Kraft im Profifußball. Geführt wie ein Start-up geht der Club einen ungewöhnlichen und innovativen Weg im deutschen Fußball. Ziel ist nicht nur der sportliche Aufstieg in die Bundesliga, sondern auch: faire Bedingungen schaffen, neue Vorbilder sichtbar machen und gesellschaftlichen Wandel vorantreiben – auf und neben dem Platz. Getragen und unterstützt wird diese Vision von einem starken Netzwerk aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Medien und Sport.
