Der FC Viktoria Berlin ist das erste Frauenteam des FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin und spielt in der 2. Frauen-Bundesliga. Seit Sommer 2022 ist das Team eigenständig und unabhängig unterwegs – übernommen und aufgebaut von einem weiblichen Gründungsteam. Nicht als B-Team der Männer, sondern als eigene Kraft im Profifußball. Geführt wie ein Start-up geht der Club einen ungewöhnlichen und innovativen Weg im deutschen Fußball.
