Kinhub is the employee health and wellbeing platform that empowers working lives by supporting personal lives.
Workplaces of today are suffering from poor retention, high levels of burnout and a lack of diversity and inclusivity in their teams. Half of the people who leave a company do so because of unhealthy work-life boundaries and of those women and people of colour are worst affected. This mass talent drain and absenteeism is costing employees and businesses alike. Stress-related illness alone costs UK employers more than £56 billion annually.
Our personalised platform supports your employees by providing curated content, expert-led guidance and online and in-person coaching from industry-leading experts. We understand that the personal challenges your employees face vary from person to person. Kinhub is positioned to offer personalised support on topics including fertility, pregnancy and birth, childcare and eldercare, mental health support, relationships and divorce, menopause, manopause and financial wellbeing. And our manager training and team workshops are designed to help you strengthen and shape the psychological safety of your business at the same time.
Kinhub (formerly ‘Kami’) was founded in 2019 by co-founders Erika Brodnock, Jacob Herandi and Helen Yannakoudakis and is already supporting teams at organisations including the University of Oxford, JP Morgan, Factset and the University of Exeter and is funded by Morgan Stanley and Google for Startups. Kinhub and its founders have been recognised across the media including by Sifted, Forbes and TechCrunch. Kinhub’s team is located in central London, keep an eye on our open roles!
Kinhub supports the Parents 1st Foundation. Our 3:1 matched-subscription policy means that for every 3 employees that get access to Kinhub, one low-income family will too.

We are a group of business, finance and research specialists working to democratise and diversity access to venture capital. We seek to create a broad based ecosystem of support for Black and ethnic minority businesses looking for funding. We believe talent is equally distributed, but access to funding is not. Our goal is to provide measurable evidence of the missed investment opportunities that exclusion of diverse UK founders generates. We seek to promote this under-tapped and under-financed economic resource.

Mr & Mrs Smith (a nod to the classic check-in nom de plume for illicit stays of old) began life in 2003 and has evolved into a global travel club with more than a million like-minded members.
Our carefully curated (and responsibly sourced) collection now includes hotels in the sky (if you’ve never woken up in a treehouse, we can change that), hotels in caves, hotels above water, hotels underwater (well, partially), hotels a million miles away, hotels on your doorstep…
It’s no accident that the collection is so special. Entry is by invitation only and every hotel is visited by our team and anonymously reviewed by a diverse bunch of trusted tastemakers, including Stella McCartney, Philip Treacy and Dita Von Teese, to name a few.
Our work doesn’t stop with considered curation, mind. We ensure that our members receive the very best service, support and inspiration. It’s what makes us the travel club for hotel lovers. And if every club has a purpose, ours is to knock your socks off – with help from the world’s very best bedrooms…
