We accelerate talents and innovation. We scale technology teams from large companies by creating programs to attract and train technology talent. We offer and end to end solution, from workforce planning to employability, with an eye towards the digital inclusion of people. In HR, we create a Lab that reduces the time and cost of filling specialized vacancies, significantly reducing the effort involved. In Technology, we guarantee continuous and seamless incorporation of talents that ensure the delivery of projects with the necessary quality, through the construction of Corporate Capability Academies and other initiatives that reduce operational risk. In ESG, we ensure compliance with inclusion and diversity goals, creating opportunities for those who need it most, evolving the ecosystem in which we operate. Our activities significantly contribute to UN SDGs 4, 8 and 10. The result could not be different: a 50% reduction in turnover, an increase in employee engagement and greater productivity. Apprentices in our programs had an NPS of 85 in 2021, 93% are employed and, in some cases, show +400% average income evolution.
