We are the Finance Leaders League (FLL) - a private membership network for finance executives in fast-growing companies. FLL was founded in Berlin in 2018 by a small group of scale-up finance allies who realized that there was no platform for CFOs and finance executives to discuss the issues of fast-growing, young organizations. Thus, FLL was born with the vision to empower like-minded experts across industries, share knowledge, resources and recommendations in a confidential & trusted environment. Today, FLL counts >300 active members running the finance departments of more than 250 companies across the European scale-up landscape. All members were diligently screened and only senior professionals working in finance departments of technology-fueled companies were accepted. This ensures a focus on relevant topics around running and scaling finance teams and a high level of specific expertise and integrity. >50% of the members are CFOs, typically leading finance teams of 5-20 FTEs.
