Klio Health helps healthcare providers deliver better care by engaging patients between office visits through collaborative care plans, easy self-reporting, and automated, personalized feedback. The Klio system is a secure, web and mobile-enabled system with both provider and patient-facing interfaces that allows customers and partners to integrate with one or all three product modules to work with existing electronic medical record, population health, or care coordination solutions in a vendor-agnostic manner. Klio CarePlan: Based a patient’s medical history and demographics, generates personalized care plans by applying analytics to structured and unstructured data. Through the patient-facing interface, patients are provided with a dynamic to-do list as per the personalized care plan. Klio Assessments: A scalable framework for collecting and processing patient-generated health data the form of patient self-assessments as well as data streams from third-party apps, wearable devices, and sensors. Klio Engagement: A rules engine that processes patient-reported and patient-generated data and provides contextualized feedback to the patient and provider. Alerts to providers can be integrated into existing electronic medical record or population health management systems. To support rapid deployment and support for numerous patient populations and therapeutic areas, the Klio system is supported by the web-based Klio Admin application that allows for what-you-see-is-what-you-get configuration of new care plans, assessments and rules.

CareTRx by Gecko is a simple device that is added to existing inhalers. It empowers children and their parents to better manage their asthma by monitoring medication use, providing reminders and increasing disease awareness. Gecko is going to revolutionize the way we think about controlling Asthma.
