We are the leading community creating inroads to venture capital (VC) and technology investing for Black and other historically excluded communities. Since 2017, our training program has created over 150 paid internships and new career paths in VC for new Black investors. Our impact has a regenerative impact on Black communities by increasing funding for Black entrepreneurs. Today, our work is expanded with two additional programs that train new angel investors and facilitate investments in companies that create economic and overall well-being in Black communities.

Seed&Spark is a platform that helps diverse creators build sustainable careers while amplifying the cultural impact of their work. Seed&Spark powers creator sustainability through our best-in-class crowdfunding platform and free education, and we power creator impact through our suite of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) distribution platforms: Film Forward and Impact Screening Experiences. Film Forward and Impact Screening Experiences are built to deliver exceptional films into the workplace to build inclusive culture, and drive individual and organizational transformation.

Cinematica Labs was founded to build entrepreneurial ecosystems through community, capital, connectivity, and culture. We help founders grow while remaining true to the mission and vision that inspired their entrepreneurial journey. In 2022, we partnered with Pharrell Williams Black Ambition, recruiting 51 serial entrepreneurs and venture investors to serve as culturally competent mentors to 242 founders.

Groundbreaking early stage venture capital fund powered by the CrowdSmart AI-augmented decision platform and 2,500 experts from the technology and business community. During its investment period, The Titan Fund’s team of experts came together on the CrowdSmart platform to evaluate more than 300 investment opportunities. Decisions on whether to invest were based solely on the predictive score over a two year period. The results were 80% effective in predicting follow-on financings.
