Our Story In 2016, Pyx Health CEO Cindy Jordan watched as a loved one’s physical and mental health declined rapidly from stable to high risk. While caring for them, Cindy learned about gaps in healthcare and the pervasive loneliness and social isolation epidemic affecting vulnerable populations. Frustrated by the lack of care, Cindy vowed to wage a war on loneliness and was determined to create an impactful solution marrying technology and compassionate human interventions; in 2017, the Pyx Health app was born.
