Women Funding Women Inc. (WFW) is a Collective working on a groundbreaking initiative aimed at addressing the persistent funding gap faced by women entrepreneurs in Canada. WFW is a platform, a community, a mission - it is not a fund. Our goals + objectives: 1️⃣ Increase Angel Investing Activity Identify and attract more Canadian women investors to the venture ecosystem. 2️⃣ Amplify Access to Funding Facilitate opportunities to connect women funders and investors with women-led ventures to help provide access to pre-seed, seed and venture funding. 3️⃣ Empower Women Entrepreneurs The Collective aims to empower women entrepreneurs in developing effective and realistic funding strategies by utilizing the resources available to support their success. 4️⃣ Foster Collaboration Establish a collaborative network fostering partnerships and knowledge sharing to close the funding gap, promote gender equality, and drive economic growth. Our strategic alliances bring together organizations and resources committed to empowering women, offering gender equality, and catalyzing economic growth by providing equitable access to funding for women-led businesses.
