Operating at the intersection of culture and technology, our team combines skills from across industries to tackle the large exhibition ecosystem using data and state of the art technology. Rooted in history, pushing the boundaries of technology. Born from the desire to help the cultural industry to be more connected and efficient, our journey started in 2012 with the development of an online platform to facilitate loans between private collectors and public museums. We chose the name Vastari in recognition of the democratising force that was Giorgio Vasari (1511 - 1574), adding a ‘T’ for technology. We then realised more could be done when it comes to creating meaningful connections for exhibitions. In 2014 we launched our travelling exhibitions marketplace, and in 2018 we released industry pioneering reports about the market for exhibitions. Vastari is constantly working on building new technology tools to facilitate every step of the exhibition-making process. Dutch home interior brand FEST was established in 2013 by Femke Furnée (1986) from a personal need for original and affordable design. The collection consists of furniture and home décor pieces, all selected and designed by the FEST design team. In addition, the brand invites more and more guest designers to develop new products. FEST has numerous resellers worldwide, its own web shop and a flagship store in Amsterdam. FEST Amsterdam is known for its comfortable and stylish made-to-order sofas which can be composed by combining different modules and upholstery. FEST is pleased with its close collaboration with textile manufacturers FEBRIK and Kvadrat. Many FEST products – such as sofas, chairs and FEBRIK cushions – are made in the Netherlands by local manufacturers.

Wist u dat slechts 5% van alle Venture Capital investeringen worden verstrekt aan gemende teams van mannen en vrouwen. Slechts 1% wordt geïnvesteerd in teams met alleen vrouwen en 94%(!) van de Venture Capital investeringen komt terecht bij teams met alleen maar mannen. Tegelijkertijd blijkt uit onderzoek dat diverse teams innovatiever zijn en beter presteren. Wij geloven in diversiteit, gendergelijkheid en eerlijke kansen. Wij investeren in vrouwelijke ondernemers omdat we met hen goede bedrijven willen bouwen, omdat hun talent beter benut moet worden, omdat wij hun natuurlijke partner zijn, omdat wij het netwerk hebben dat voor hen van belang is.
