Türkiyenin öncü girişimlerinden olan İstanbul Portföy A.Ş., herhangi bir banka ya da kurumun iştiraki değildir. Yatırımcı portföylerini yönetirken, hiçbir çıkar çatışmasına girmeden, portföylerde alınacak yatırım kararlarından çalışılan finansal kurumlara, işlem komisyon oranlarından belirlenecek karşılaştırma ölçütlerine kadar her tür konuda yatırımcı yararını ön planda tutarak, tecrübeli kadrosu ile lider olmayı hedeflemektedir. Yatırımcıya ait varlıklar, İstanbul Portföy’ün aktifleri ile ilişkilendirilmeksizin, Portföy Saklama Kuruluşu sıfatıyla faaliyet yürüten ve şirket ile “Portföy Saklama Sözleşmesi” imzalamış Saklama Kuruluşu nezdinde, yatırımcıya aidiyeti açıkça anlaşılacak şekilde saklanmaktadır.
