About Us: Plateau Asset Management (PAM) based in Boston, MA is a micro private equity fund (a "Search Fund"​) founded by Musa Pam, MBA. The mission of this privately-held, entrepreneurial investment firm is to identify, acquire, operate, and grow one or more well-built family-owned or founder-managed private enterprises. In a metaphorical agrarian African sense, the seed for Plateau Asset Management was planted in me as a young boy, I saw my dad retire as a Deputy Commissioner at age 45 following 20 years of service with the Nigerian Police Force. His next venture? He founded and ran multiple companies under the umbrella of Lajok & Sons including a construction company, several agricultural produce farms, a fish farm, a pharmaceutical supply company, a stone crushing company, a truck and heavy equipment leasing business, and get this: a Chinese restaurant! November 14, 2015 at Harvard Business Schools Spark Entrepreneurship Conference, that seed germinated shortly after Id become a "free agent"​ following 20 years in the facilities and energy management industries, with age 45 staring me in the eye in just under 2 months. Thus Plateau Asset Management was born.
