AvoEats was born from a simple idea: how could I use a much loved superfood like avocado to create a range of healthy and tasty foods to help as many people as possible make food choices every day. Avocados are naturally heart-healthy, ethically sourced, and full of good fats — real ingredients that do real good. Inspired by my personal journey overcoming genetic cholesterol and heart disease, AvoEats exists to challenge outdated dietary norms and make it easier for people to cut back on ultra-processed foods without sacrificing taste.
