From our kitchen in London, we hand-make and steam-bake all our puds in their individual ceramic pots – that’s what creates their inimitable depth and signature creaminess. And they’re all properly made with only the best, natural ingredients, so you know they’ll be nothing less than brilliant. You’ll find our puds in the fridges of supermarkets in the UK, Europe and the United States, including Waitrose, Tesco and Selfridges, as well as Carrefour in France, Albert Heijn in the Netherlands and Globus in Switzerland. Our Little Pots are also served on some of the worlds best airlines. We have delivered affordable bike, cargo bike and scooter schemes in locations around the country; including Norwich, Watford, Hereford, Bournemouth, the Isle of Wight, Hackney and, most recently, Greater Manchester. A B-Corp certified operator, we deliver schemes in partnership with cities and communities, placing people, social responsibility and environmental sustainability at the same level as financial sustainability. We have the broadest market coverage, working with originators of loans - from SME and consumer, to real estate and receivables - and providing market leading performance metrics to a range of investor clients. Since launching in the UK in 2014 our methodology has gained traction globally. We now cover over 65% of UK and European marketplace lending, over 50% of US marketplace lending, and are extending coverage to additional geographies, origination models, and loan types.We recently expanded into ‘direct lending’ and have also created metrics dedicated to reviewing the performance of real estate lenders. We are the sole providers of a standardised, like for like comparable, loan performance track record enabling for standardised measurement of both return and risk. Our geographic performance indices have gained traction amongst investors seeking to benchmark loan investment performance and represent the only way to measure the performance of the asset class. We support our clients in meeting their business goals. Loan originators can create meaningful, verified performance metrics, giving them wider access to capital, reducing their cost of funding, and fulfilling regulatory obligations. Meanwhile Investors can deploy capital more productively with enhanced returns, lower costs, and mitigation of risks.

Our vision is to change the lives of talented state educated students by giving them the work experience, support, and network that they need to succeed in their chosen careers. The Talent Tap delivers support and mentoring by assisting students who would not otherwise have the opportunity to gain work experience. The reality of today’s jobs market is that many careers can only be accessed if the applicant can demonstrate appropriate work experience on their CV. There is an inherent unfairness in this system. Work experience is often unpaid, and entails costs for travel and accommodation. As such, it is only students who can afford to spend weeks at a time working for free who are granted such experience. On top of this, access to work experience requires a network of contacts and an understanding of what opportunities are out there. The Talent Tap scheme exists to change this. We provide the contacts required to access work experience, as well as the financial support needed to allow talented students to take advantage of opportunities.
