I tillegg til å ha et bredt standardsortiment, tilbyr vi skreddersydde løsninger i flere kategorier, fordi vi vet at alle kunder har ulike ønsker og behov. Bako AS er et datterselskap av Idun Industri, og en del av Idun-gruppen. Vi har en sentral beliggenhet på Hvam på Skjetten, midt mellom Oslo og Gardermoen. Nytt og og moderne lagerbygg og effektiv samdistribusjon med Idun Industri, gjør det mulig å tilby gode logistikkløsninger for våre kunder. Vi leverer også deler av vårt sortiment gjennom storhusholdningsgrossistene som er representert over hele landet. Vi operer kun i B2B segmentet og selger ikke til privatpersoner.

OM CREDIN Credin A/S er en del af Orkla Food Ingredients (OFI), som er blandt Europas førende leverandører af ingredienser til bageri- og næringsmiddelindustri. OFI er en del af den norske koncern Orkla. Credin holder til i Juelsminde og har 60 ansatte, hvor vi udvikler og producerer bageriingredienser til et bredt spekter af danske og internationale kunder på bagerimarkedet. Vores produkter omfatter blandt andet brødblandinger, kageblandinger, cremer, glutenfri brød- og kageblandinger samt free from produkter herunder veganske kageblandinger. Vi er en mindre og agil virksomhed og har specialiseret os i at udvikle specialtilpassede løsninger til vores kunder. JJästbolaget grundades 1893 och är idag Nordens ledande producent och leverantör av jäst och jäsbaserade produkter, alltid med omtanke om människor och miljö. Vi är verksamma inom två affärsområden; bagerijäst och specialprodukter för t ex foderproduktion, alkoholtillverkning och akrylamidreducerande ändamål. Tillverkningen sker genom en avancerad biokemisk process i vår automatiserade anläggning norr om Stockholm. Vi bedriver också ett omfattande utvecklingsarbete för att ta fram nya produkter och applikationer. Våra produkter säljs på den nordiska marknaden men vi har även en betydande export. Vi är 55 anställda och arbetar efter våra värdeord – modig, pålitlig och inspirerande och ingår sedan 2002 i Orkla-koncernen, noterade på Oslobörsen.

Candeco operates B2B and produces ingredients and decoration products to the ice cream, confectionery and baked goods industries. We supply many of Scandinavia and Europe's leading food companies and offer products that can be adjusted according to our customers'​ needs and wishes. Orchard Valley Foods and Candeco Confektyr AB have merged to create a €40 million producer of confections, ingredients and decorations for the food manufacturing, foodservice and retail home baking sectors as well as international markets. The new business will be known as Orchard Valley Foods Group. The combination of Orchard Valley Foods’ international sales, marketing and distribution along with Candeco’s flagship manufacturing site in Malmo, Sweden, makes for a first-class business. Candeco supplies decorations and inclusions to the global ice cream, bakery and chocolate industries and is owned by the Orkla Group, which acquired a majority share in UK-based Orchard Valley Foods in March 2017. Orchard Valley Foods supplies an assortment of products from high quality manufacturing partners, including fudge, biscuit pieces, toffee chips, mini marshmallows, chocolate pieces and sprinkles. As well as its market-leading position supplying the food manufacturing sector, Orchard Valley supplies many retailer own-label home baking products as well as its own ‘Additions’ range of home baking lines. Both companies have an active new product development team involved in the confectionery ingredients and decorations sector. The move to combine the two businesses will offer customers a complete range of services to meet their needs – from innovative product development collaboration, various packaging formats, jars, sachets, tubs and bags, all manufactured in BRC A+ and AA global food safety accredited sites.
