Collected data can be shared with the airline’s accounting team and CRM systems to make the collected data work towards the all-important savings.

2020 gaf een vliegende start aan ons eerste woningfonds R3FUND Residential Amsterdam 1. De afgelopen 2,5 jaar hebben wij veel vooroorlogs enigszins gedateerd woningvastgoed gekocht in de Rotterdam, Amsterdam en Haarlem. Dit vastgoed ca. 400 eenheden is onder gebracht in totaal 5 fondsen. Onze bouwteams zijn elke dag bezig met het verduurzamen en optimaliseren van dit vastgoed zodat er energiezuinige en moderne woningen aan onze huurders worden opgeleverd. Inmiddels werken wij samen met Ziezodan voor het technisch beheer, wordt onze huuradministratie in Brixx ondergebracht. Einde van dit jaar hebben wij dit volledig geïmplementeerd. Voor de verhuur zijn wij op zoek naar een verhuurmanager en voor het managen en technisch beheren van onze woningen naar een junior projectmanager.
