Synergies - By gathering these companies “under the same roof”, synergies are created in sales, marketing, value creation, and more. Shared group functions - By creating some group functions like M&A, global partnership, business policy, security and governance we can share costs among the group companies and have functions that would not be possible for each company on an individual basis. Partnerships – To create global partnership that will be benefit the group companies is key for expansion and this is one of the focus areas that Socio Capital will support from group level. Access to capital – The role of Socio Capital is to provide the expansion capital and project financing to the companies we invest in and to add to our group.
