domestic and international client base of 188
users and more than 2,600 issuers.
Monte Titoli manages a wide range of financial
instruments, with €3.32 trillion assets under custody
(2018: €3.29 trillion). 44.4 million settlement
instructions were processed in 2019.
Monte Titoli continues to provide an efficient settlement system,
with a year-end settlement rate of approximately
96% of settled transactions.
Monte Titoli was granted the licence to operate under the
European CSD Regulation (CSD-R) in December 2019.
The CSD-R aims to harmonize certain aspects of the settlement cycle
and settlement discipline and to provide a set of
common requirements for CSDs operating securities
settlement systems across the EU.

Euronext Clearing is Euronext's multi-asset clearing house.
As a multi-asset clearing house, Euronext Clearing currently provides proven risk management capabilities on 14 markets, across a range of trading venues. Asset classes cleared include equities, ETFs, closed-end funds, financial and commodity derivatives, bonds and repos.
According to the Euronext strategic plan “Growth for Impact 2024”, Euronext Clearing will become Euronext’s CCP of choice for its cash equity, listed derivatives and commodities markets. Euronext Clearing will allow Euronext to directly manage a core service for clients and create value through a harmonised clearing framework across Euronext venues.
Euronext Clearing aims to ensure the efficient and safe functioning of the markets served and is committed to contributing to the protection of its members and their clients across multiple jurisdictions in Europe, promoting and offering its services in an equitable, transparent and non-discriminatory manner.
Among its main objectives, through the mitigation of counterparty risk and the provision of sound risk management, Euronext Clearing ensures the correct and smooth functioning of the regulated markets.

La Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Lombarde (CARIPLO), è stata una importante banca italiana, nata nel 1823 con il nome di Cassa di Risparmio di Milano. La sua sede storica era la Ca' de Sass, costruita nel 1870 in via Monte di Pietà angolo via Romagnosi dall'architetto Giuseppe Balzaretto in stile fiorentino.
Nell'anno 1823, per opera della Commissione Centrale di Beneficenza, fu fondata la Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Lombarde.
In seguito al processo di ristrutturazione del sistema creditizio italiano dettato dalla legge n. 218 del 1990, la cosiddetta legge-delega Amato-Carli che ha portato alla nascita delle fondazioni bancarie, è nata la Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio delle Provincie Lombarde, più comunemente chiamata Fondazione Cariplo.
Nel gennaio 1998 è stato completato il processo di separazione tra la fondazione (Fondazione Cariplo) e la banca (Cariplo Spa). Sempre in quell'anno Cariplo Spa si fuse con il Banco Ambrosiano Veneto dando vita a Banca Intesa. Il 31 dicembre 2000 il nome Cariplo cessò di essere utilizzato in ambito bancario. Successivamente Banca Intesa ha promosso varie aggregazioni: con la Cassa di Risparmio di Parma, con Banca Friuladria, con Banca Commerciale Italiana e nel 2007 con Sanpaolo IMI, dando vita al gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo.
La Ca' de Sass ospita attualmente gli uffici del Presidente e dell'Amministratore Delegato di Intesa Sanpaolo
