The ODEC is the Swiss Association of Graduates of Colleges of Higher Education (CHE) and is committed to the interests of all CHE graduates in society, business and politics. It is the umbrella organization of all CHE graduates and unites 19 associations with over 12'000 members. The members of the ODEC come from all eight departments of Colleges of higher education. The primary goal of the ODEC is the promotion and promotion of dog handlers in society, economy and politics - nationally and internationally.
