Our Campus Life Channel, technology and services help take the complexity out of engaging students on-campus while creating a fun and easy platform for students to engage with each other. Leveraging university approved social-media and combining it with user-created rich videos and media, the OrcaTV team works closely with administrators to curate the Campus Life Channel and then circulate it across Digital Signage networks, Cable TV, IPTV, and the Web. OrcaTV was founded in 2010 and since then has received an angel investment from Bill Gray, the Senior Advisor to Blackstone and Former CEO of Ogilvy, NA in 2012, and a Series A investment from Campus Televideo, the nation’s leading provider of satellite delivered cable television services to colleges and universities, in 2014. OrcaTV is Virginia SWAM and Minority Owned Business with Headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. OrcaTV was acquired by Apogee in 2016.
