Moving, being mobile, has always been part of my life. Due to my fascination for airplanes I studied aeronautics and business administration. Fascination for the challenges of mobility is the right motivation for my current job. For more than 10 years, I have built up and managed car sharing and mobility service operations in Europe, Asia, and the US. My altogether 20 years in the automotive industry provided me with ample experience in launching and growing new businesses, project and operations management, leadership, and communications. Living in 7 countries on 3 continents gave me a strong inter-cultural background, especially for China, Japan, and the US. Still I did not forget where I come from. Shaped by growing up in the region around the river Ruhr in the Western part of Germany, I tend to say what I think and tend to do what I say. Thats what I believe in. Faced with various opportunities, I decided to use my experience to help others develop their mobility services.
