MVP Ventures was founded in 2020 with the realization that a rethought model for venture investing could unlock significantly greater returns. With the help of our proprietary data-driven sourcing engine and value-add focus, we invest as the 2nd-largest check into early-stage deeptech teams building differentiated and defensible technology across software and hardware — with no ownership restrictions.

Butterflies USA Inc. is a volunteer-operated non-profit and the US resource base for Butterflies India, a registered NGO in Delhi serving vulnerable street youth since 1989. Butterflies empowers 1200 working children via education; emergency rescue, therapeutic care, & restoration to families; and democracy, leadership & financial training. Butterflies delivers its services directly through four children’s cooperatives and a culinary and catering school and it conducts research and child rights advocacy. Butterflies USA raises awareness of the Butterflies’ philosophy and approach and raises funds via appeals, events, crowdsourcing campaigns, and foundation proposals which it transfers directly to India for Butterflies’ general operations and specific projects. We also recruit interns/fellows and cultivate partnerships with domestic/global educational, cultural, professional and philanthropic groups to expand Butterflies’ impact. For 30+ years, our partner Butterflies NGO has continuously evolved programs and services that embody its core philosophy. Vulnerable children with street-savvy grit gradually transform into confident community leaders. Programs include Child Protection, Childrens Cooperatives, and Culinary School. Butterflies also forms alliances with grassroots NGOs to share best practices and research and advocate for policy that enforces children’s rights.
