By making risk mitigated investments in cash flow positive existing businesses, The 22 will deliver both high ROI and social/economic impact. With existing, proven, products and markets, these enterprises are often overlooked by traditional investors and find it difficult to scale due to lack of access to growth capital. Study after study have proven that women and minority owned AND exporting manufacturing companies have a greater rate of success. Manufacturing and exports also create the highest impact in low and moderate income (LMI) communities. With its unique focus, The 22 provides equity, loans and royalty based investments, as well as advisory services and a crucial international network of trade, government and service partners to help enterprises scale globally to their full potential.

Established in 2005, CVF Capital Partners (“CVF”) is a California based private equity firm that provides capital to small and medium-sized businesses. CVF’s managing partners have worked together for more than a decade, and collectively bring over 85 years of experience where they have invested $250 million in more than 45 transactions throughout the U.S. and abroad.
