Asima Health is a molecular diagnostics company building a fundamentally simpler foundation for frequent cancer monitoring. Our platform, Asima™ Rev, analyzes structural changes in cell-free DNA — eliminating complex, multi-step gene sequencing workflows and enabling faster, more scalable testing. We offer: • Multi-cancer capability from a single blood draw • High accuracy, as early as stage I • AI-enabled cancer staging insights • Rapid turnaround times • Simple lab-on-a-chip technology deployable in local labs Were launching with colorectal and lung cancer recurrence monitoring, with expansion planned across broader pan-cancer applications. Our mission is to make cancer monitoring more accessible, affordable, and practical for real-world patient care.

NaNotics LLC is developing a nanomedical platform – called NaNots – for treating major diseases – including a broad range of cancers and inflammatory disorders – via depletion from blood of specific molecules that drive or enable those diseases. NaNots are injected like a drug and clear their targets quickly, deeply and safely: typically >95% target depletion in < 5 minutes, without measurable toxicity. NaNotics is in the late preclinical stage; we are about to announce a collaboration with a major oncology center for a first-in-human study of NaNots against a soluble tumor-generated immune inhibitor, for treating cancer. The NaNotics team invented the NaNot technology, which is now the subject of 12 granted patents, with many more pending. NaNotics is based in Mill Valley, CA, just north of San Francisco.
