Op2Lysis develops new treatments for patients suffering from thrombosis at the cerebrovascular level, with an initial focus on the hemorrhagic form of stroke. Indeed, there is no currently approved and available therapeutic solution for these patients. The company develops its game-changing NANOp2Lysis platform, associating a breakthrough vectorisation technology, industrial know-how enabling clinical quality production, and preclinical expertise to propose predictive and translational models, a first in this field. O2L-001, the first product resulting from this technology, will soon enter regulatory toxicology with the aim of applying for clinical trial authorisation in patients in North America and Europe.

Novadip Biosciences is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company founded to design, develop, and bring to the market a new class of regenerative tissue products to accelerate healing of large bone defects and injuries in a single treatment. Novadip’s lead allogeneic product, NVD-X3, employs a matrix containing multiple bioactive factors that induce accelerated tissue healing. Le Leem, Les Entreprises du médicament, regroupe les entreprises du secteur de l'industrie pharmaceutique en France.
Créé il y a plus de 130 ans, le Leem compte aujourd’hui près de 270 entreprises adhérentes, qui réalisent près de 98 % du chiffre d’affaires total du médicament en France. L’industrie pharmaceutique emploie 100 000 personnes dans plus de 150 métiers, et recrute 10 000 collaborateurs par an depuis 10 ans.
Chaque année, l’industrie pharmaceutique investit 12 % de son chiffre d’affaires dans la recherche, afin de mettre au point de nouveaux traitements innovants. Elle rassemble plus de 20 000 personnes dans ses centres de R&D, qui font de la France un pays phare dans les sciences de la vie et participent à l’indépendance sanitaire du pays.

BIOASTER, an independent non-profit organization, is one of 8 French TRIs created in 2012 on the initiative of the French Government through the “Investments for the Future” program. The two historical founders are Lyonbiopôle (a biocluster, the one-stop shop for healthcare innovation in Rhône-Alpes, France) and the Institut Pasteur in Paris. They were joined from the beginning by the CNRS, the INSERM, the CEA, Mérieux Institute, Danone Nutricia Research and Sanofi Pasteur -and newly joined by bioMérieux- to create a unique Technology Institute dedicated to infectious diseases and microbiology in health. The Institute benefits from the support of Lyon Métropole and the Region Auvergne Rhône Alpes and the dynamism of a group of 40 SMEs in the Lyon and Paris regions.
Located in Lyon and Paris, BIOASTER has more than 100 employees including 80 world-class scientists and engineers originating from 16 different countries.
