The National Portuguese ICT Cluster - TICE.PT was created in 2008, with headquarters in Aveiro. It engages and mobilizes relevant actors throughout Portugal, and in particular in the regions of Braga, Porto, Coimbra, and Lisbon, covering the entire value chain in the area of ICT. The concertation platform TICE.PT ensures and promotes the interfaces between the academic world, represented by universities and institutes R&D, the business world, represented by the affiliates and also through networks, in particular of SMEs, represented by their associations. The National Portuguese ICT Cluster TICE.PT, Site of Information Technologies, Communication, and Electronics, was formally recognized by the Portuguese Government in August 2009, within the framework of Collective Efficiency Strategies of NSRF. The TICE.PT aims to promote and leverage networking strategies for the sector. The network between companies and R&D centers, in order to induce a renewal active in a national economic context, producing positive effects on the national offering, enhanced by innovation and knowledge, creating export capacity and added value in domestic products.

Somos uma Associação de profissionais de consultoria de gestão, inovação, tecnologia e formação, visando promover e contribuir para melhoria e qualificação da intervenção dos consultores nas suas diversas áreas de intervenção. Os principais objetivos da ACONSULTIIP são: Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e capacitação dos consultores; Participar no desenho e implementação de políticas de desenvolvimento da economia, da tecnologia, da inovação, do investimento, da qualidade e da formação de recursos humanos Contribuir para o debate e a divulgação dos problemas de gestão, das tecnologias, e da formação, promovendo ideias e iniciativas que favoreçam o desenvolvimento do setor em articulação com a sociedade e com os organismos públicos e associativos; Colaborar com Organismos Públicos e Privado, Empresas e Instituições do Ensino Superior e/ou do Sistema Científico e Tecnológico; Promover o aperfeiçoamento científico e profissional dos seus associados; Promover a permuta de informações sobre novos métodos, processos e tecnologias entre instituições afins e os seus associados; Promover iniciativas orientadas para o debate sobre experiências e inovações introduzidas no campo da investigação em gestão, estratégia, marketing, investimento e inovação científica e tecnológica, através do intercâmbio de atividades e serviços com associações similares ou afins, nacionais e estrangeiras, organizando congressos, colóquios, seminários, grupos de estudo e participando em encontros internacionais e projetos comuns. Os Associados são consultores que desenvolvam atividades nos domínios da consultoria de gestão, de tecnologia e/ou de formação ou em áreas relacionadas, independentemente do setor económico ou social em que intervêm. Todos os Consultores Certificados membros da Associação de Consultores de Investimento e Inovação de Portugal comprometem-se por escrito a respeitar o Código Ética da Associação Portuguesa de Consultores de Investimento e Inovação.

The COST Association is a not-for-profit international association under Belgian law. It is in charge of funding, organising, managing and promoting COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) activities. COST is an EU-funded programme that enables researchers to set up their interdisciplinary research networks known as COST Actions. We provide funds for organising conferences, meetings, training schools, short scientific exchanges or other networking activities in a wide range of scientific topics. By creating open spaces where people and ideas can grow, we unlock the full potential of science.
