We are a Venture Builder born in 2018 in Barcelona (Spain). We operate as a publicly held company, focusing on the creation of startups in the FinTech, Software, IoT and Consumer sectors. We are a group of people with very different backgrounds and diverse profiles, shaping a multidisciplinary team with the ability to create startups and new businesses. Our operations range from creating our own ideas to building joint ventures and securing financial assistance with one guiding objective: to centralize all the elements and resources that a new venture needs to succeed.

JADE Energy is a project dedicated to the generation of sustainable, clean, and renewable energy through electromagnetic technology. We create energy generators that utilize electromagnetic principles, offering power outputs starting from 10 kW, without generating greenhouse gas emissions or other harmful pollutants to the environment. Our approach is based on sustainable production practices. We use environmentally friendly materials in the manufacturing of our generators and strive to minimize resource consumption and waste generation at all stages of the process. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), our magnetic energy generator contributes to the promotion and access to sustainable energy (SDG 7), fosters innovation and sustainable infrastructure (SDG 9), contributes to climate change mitigation (SDG 13), and the protection of marine ecosystems by reducing dependence on unsustainable energy sources.
