Il nostro obiettivo è essere “banca locale di riferimento” in tutti i centri in cui siamo presenti e saremo presenti. 2021 Banca Popolare di Bari entra a far parte del Gruppo Bancario Mediocredito Centrale 2020 trasformazione in SpA 2016 Si conclude l’operazione di fusione per incorporazione delle banche controllate Tercas e Caripe in Banca Popolare di Bari. Il Gruppo è presente in 13 regioni e conta quasi 400 sportelli. 2014 Entrano nel Gruppo Banca Tercas e Banca Caripe, rafforzando la presenza nel Centro Italia. 2013 Con la presenza in 11 regioni, il Gruppo BPBari è ormai una realtà di respiro nazionale, ma nello stesso tempo ancora orgogliosamente territoriale. 2010 A seguito dell’ingresso di Cassa di Risparmio di Orvieto, il Gruppo registra un’ulteriore crescita. 2001 Con l’acquisizione di un’altra banca locale, BPBari diventa il primo gruppo creditizio autonomo del Mezzogiorno. Prosegue intanto la conquista di nuovi mercati anche nel Centro e nel Nord Italia. 2000 Nel Gruppo entrano società specializzate nell’intermediazione mobiliare, nella gestione del risparmio e nel corporate finance, nel contempo si sviluppa la bancassicurazione. La Banca è presente in 5 regioni. 1998 Al termine di una serie di acquisizioni di banche locali viene costituito il Gruppo Creditizio Banca Popolare di Bari. 1960 Un gruppo di imprenditori e professionisti baresi, guidati da Luigi Jacobini, fonda la Banca Popolare di Bari. Dinamica e a forte vocazione territoriale, la nuova realtà creditizia inizia subito a imporsi, diventando punto di riferimento per l’intera città.
