Dream VC is a Pan-African venture capital institute. Dream VC creates and delivers educational programs focused on investment capacity building, particularly in venture capital, angel investing, and corporate venture capital (CVC). To date, Dream VC has successfully run multiple programs with participants from over 50 different countries. Our programs are highly selective with a ~4 % acceptance rate. We are powered by a network of 300+ fellow alumni who have started, currently lead or work at Venture Capital, Private Equity and Impact Funds, collectively managing nearly $7bn in AUM.

We are Venture Analysts and Venture Architects. We empower Investors and Funders by: 1) compiling comprehensive due diligence and risk assessment reporting, 2) presenting accurate insights to inform their investment decisions, 3) consolidating and presenting precise data to screen potential portfolio companies, and 4) making introductions to target companies that fit mandate requirements and align with investment philosophy. We support Startup and Spin-Out Companies by: 1) providing expert coaching, mentoring, consulting, and product management, 2) identify obstructions and provide growth strategies, 3) introduce ventures to the best-fit funding, financing and investment opportunities, 4) develop technologies with integrity, address policy and regulatory pitfalls, 5) closing the gap between the venture’s solution and market need/customer fit, 6) and build legendary venture teams.
