We invest in founders who are reshaping outdated industries.
We believe in a world where top tier fintech products help the 99% grow their wealth and build businesses.
Where everyday people have transparent, efficient, and attentive healthcare experiences.
Where managers and front-line employees in legacy industries have tools that save time, increase transparency, and take minutes to learn (vertical SaaS).

The Orange Value Fund, LLC was created in October of 2006. Its launching made possible the creation of a rigorous two-year analyst program which was designed to train analysts/investment managers in the art/science of Value Investing. Martin J. Whitman is a member of our board of directors and the approach that the Fund uses has his imprimatur. Analysts take the following courses: Value Investing; Distress Investing; Financial modeling for Investment Banking I; Financial modeling for Investment Banking II; Derivatives; become proficient in the use of the Bloomberg and Capital IQ and produce bottom up equity and credit research that is used by the fund as the basis for its investment decisions.
