Team-building workshops and corporate retreats based on creativity, audacity and connection. Inspired by my work as an actress and screenwriter. Trust: Letting go of control in innovative workshops, plunging into the unknown, to trust ourselves and each other. Authentic relationships: Through workshops focused on sensory and emotional experience. These encounters strengthen bonds, a sense of belonging and recognition within the group, and thus unity. Intuition: Learn to feel and listen to your intuitions moment by moment. Imagination: Master the basics of writing an interesting and captivating story to improve and enrich storytelling, teamwork and creativity. Letting go: During improvisation workshops, explore feeling and expressing your truth, adapting to the unexpected to develop your active listening, your connection to others and your level of presence (no notion of acting required!).
