The Hellenic Impact Investing Network (HIIN) is the official National Advisory Board for Impact Investing in Greece and reference point for the Global Hellenic Community. It aims at creating awareness and mobilizing action around Sustainability and Impact in Greece and South East Europe, and educate investors and entrepreneurs on the methodology. Furthermore, it aims at supporting the creation of the local ecosystem and a friendly environment for such investments in Greece, and connecting it to the global impact community, among others by showcasing innovative, pioneering regional impact opportunities. THBE is a membership association based in Budapest, focusing on the CEE region and involves individuals and organizations interested in or practicing impact investing or venture philanthropy. The association is pursuing its mission to evangelize the impact focused, high-engagement investment strategy and is building a network of committed investors and supporters. Social impact investors realize their impact through investing in social enterprises that challenge societal issues in an innovative and sustainable way. A Társadalmi Hasznosságú Befektetők Egyesülete (THBE) azon befektetői szemléletmódot hívatott erősíteni, hogy a befektetési döntések azok társadalmi, környezeti és kulturális hatásainak figyelembevételével szülessenek. A társadalmi hasznosságú befektető a befektetett tőke eredményes megtérülésével egynértékű célként tekint a befektetés társadalmi haszon- és értékteremtésére. A befektető olyan társadalmi vállalkozásokba történő befektetésével érheti el impactját, akik a különböző társadalmi kihívásokra fenntartható és innovatív megoldást válaszolnak. Organica Water is a global provider of innovative solutions for the treatment and recycling of wastewater. Over the past two decades Organica has developed a truly unique approach, enabling customers all over the world to build and operate space and energy efficient biological wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) that blend harmoniously into urban and residential population centers, lowering infrastructure costs and facilitating reuse and recycling of treated wastewater.
