En 2017, un groupe de personnes partageant la même idée et passion pour la bonne bière, inspirées par le mouvement de la brasserie artisanale anglo-saxonne, s'est réunie et a fondé la Blue Coast brewing company à Nice, dans le sud de la France. Pourquoi Blue Coast? La côte est bleue dans de nombreuses régions du monde ! Amoureux de l'art de vivre du sud de la France et des produits de qualité ; à la recherche d'une bière artisanale locale de qualité, ils ont décidé d'ouvrir leur propre brasserie dans une région où le mouvement de la bière artisanale n'était qu’à son début. L'objectif de Blue Coast brewing company est de brasser des bières exceptionnelles, uniques et consistantes tout en respectant l'art de la production de la bière artisanale en produisant des bières non filtrées et non pasteurisées. Qui mieux que notre maître brasseur, Robert Bush de Suède, pour faire ça! Blue Coast brewing company a développé une belle gamme de bières de qualité et expérimente toujours dans de nouvelles recettes ; un « must » dans la culture de la bière artisanale. In 2017, a group of beer enthusiasts, inspired by the Anglo-Saxon craft beer movement, came together and founded Blue Coast brewing company in Nice (in the French Riviera) where the craft beer movement was yet to start. Our goal is to brew outstanding, unique and consistent beers while respecting the art of craft beer, producing unfiltered, non-pasteurized beers. Who better than our master brewer, Robert Bush from Sweden, to do that! Blue Coast brewing company has developed a strong core range of high-quality beers but is nevertheless committed to constantly pushing the boundaries by experimenting with new recipes. Why Blue Coast? It is the literal English translation of “Cote d’Azur” (a.k.a. the French Riviera) but also because the coast is blue in every part of the world!
