LANDE - we have been battling to resolve the current market problems raised by investors. Our main strength – only collateral backed investment opportunities. LANDE has originated from the success of an experienced mortgage lender of Latvia with 10 year experience in the market. Initially it was used as a platform for private investors, enabling them to monitor their loan portfolio, now we are opening it for public. The accumulated skills allow us to publish only carefully picked low LTV projects. Furthermore, the partnership with LemonWay, have enabled us to reach a complete segregation of funds, execution of KYC procedures and compliance with AML regulations.
