Founded in 2017, Substack is building a new economic engine for culture by putting publishers in charge and enabling subscribers to support the work they deeply value. There are more than 5 million paid subscriptions to writers and creators across the Substack network.

The ETH AI Center is one of the worlds largest hubs for research in artificial intelligence comprising a faculty of over 102 professors. The center spans all 16 departments and brings together over 1500 researchers from AI foundations, AI applications, and AI implications. Our vision is to enable the path towards trustworthy, accessible, and inclusive AI systems. We believe that this requires a novel interdisciplinary approach where AI foundations are co-evolved together with application areas. With a dedicated physical space over almost 1000sqm, we also create an environment for serendipitous collaborations, an incubation space for start-ups, and companies that want to stay at the cutting-edge of AI.

W.I.R.E. is an independent think tank that curates the shaping of the future at the interface between science and practice. The foundation for this is a systematic early recognition of relevant developments and their translation into long-term strategies and fields of action for private and public organisations and their decision makers. As an interdisciplinary platform, W.I.R.E. has distinguished itself since its foundation in 2007 through its comprehensive understanding of the economy and society and uses this knowledge to develop long-term decision-making bases, ideas and new approaches to solutions. The thematic expertise of W.I.R.E. focuses on the wider consequences of the digital transformation and the linking of market and societal innovation in various sectors ranging from health and financial services to real estate and media. In addition to the analysis and classification of new technologies, business models and social trends, W.I.R.E.s competence includes a multidimensional information architecture as a basis for tailor-made multimedia publications, event formats, exhibitions and keynotes. In the tradition of alchemy, the think tank develops tangible concepts in the form of "real-life labs" or prototypes for the 21st century. The think tank has an international network of thought leaders and decision makers as well as partnerships with leading companies, universities and designers.

Economic growth and ecological constraints have to be bridged with societal needs – redefining the traditional paradigm of technology-driven growth. The Future Society Association (FSA) serves the public and organisations with a systematic anticipation of societal issues, a mapping of integrative solutions and the development of visions for a desirable future. The offering includes a 360° early-detection radar, deep-dive publications and exclusive events to foster awareness and initiate debates on a desireable future. As an association, the FSA aims to support existing actors and initiatives with its content and expertise.
