Tout le monde peut sinscrire gratuitement sur Gens de Confiance, mais il faut être membre pour répondre aux annonces. Les inscrits qui souhaitent devenir membres doivent obtenir le parrainage de trois membres existants. Et le jeu en vaut la chandelle, car 70 % des annonces publiées sur Gens de Confiance sont exclusives, introuvables ailleurs. Gens de Confiance a été fondée à Nantes en 2014, par trois Nantais, à la suite de plusieurs mauvaises expériences sur un site de petites annonces ordinaire — un acheteur qui voulait acheter sans payer et un autre qui na jamais honoré le rendez-vous fixé. Oups… Lapproche de Gens de Confiance est simple : elle part du principe que les gens se comportent en adulte quand on les traite en adulte, et ce même en ligne. Résultat : 0 arnaque à déplorer, en 5 ans dexistence. Aujourdhui, Gens de Confiance est disponible en France et au Royaume-Uni, sur le web comme sur mobile. Le service emploie 40 personnes, toutes à Nantes, et en CDI pour la grande majorité dentre elles. En matière de pedigree, Gens de Confiance a été lauréat du Pass French Tech en 2019, a levé 1 million deuros en 2016 auprès de Partech Ventures et de la BPI, et a été reconnu par Maddyness et Google comme la start-up la plus prometteuse de Nantes.

We’ve forged long-term relationships with the best vineyards out there (spanning Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset), selected according to the meticulous standards they employ. The diversity of these berries, blended and amply aged, allows us to achieve our hallmark richness of flavour and texture. In 2021, we acquired our very best Pinot site, Digbys Hilden Vineyard in Hildenborough, Kent, and we welcome guests to our Arundel Tasting Room for an English wine experience in the centre of this historic town.
