Alma Angels is a diverse and active community with a bold mission: Generate $1 trillion in women-led wealth by 2050. Since 2020, we have brought together and trained over 500 angel investors who have invested into 200+ women (co)founders building tech or IP-rich ventures with global ambitions. These companies have gone on to raise more than £300m to date. Alma Angels is committed to training 10,000 angels and backing 10,000 women founders by 2035.

NBGI Private Equity is a London-based private equity fund manager, which manages nine funds investing across various sectors in Europe. Its main focus is on the European mid-cap sector and it also manages three sector focused funds - real estate, energy and medical technology.

Sphera Partners is a growth equity investment firm founded in 2024 to focus on accelerating the growth of women’s sport, while delivering superior financial returns and positively impacting social equality. Sphera’s team is united by a passion for sport and a desire to change the landscape for women’s sport to create economically and socially sustainable sport businesses. We believe that athletes should have access to developing lifelong careers, all fans should feel personally connected to their sport, and that as women achieve parity in sport there are greater socioeconomic benefits in the communities where they play. Sphera is pioneering an investment and operating model to achieve this.

Apiary Capital is a UK lower mid-market private equity firm. Apiary invests in the education, healthcare, business and technology services sectors. The firm seeks to acquire platform companies in attractive market segments, subsequently driving transformational growth through a combination of roll-ups, roll-outs and strategic mergers. Apiary Capital closed its first fund at £200million in June 2018 and typically invests in businesses valued between £10 million and £50 million.

Venture For America is a national nonprofit and two-year Fellowship program that gives recent college graduates firsthand startup experiences to help them become strong leaders. Fellows learn important startup skills at Training Camp, apply for jobs within our company network, and work for two years as full-time, salaried employees in one of 13 cities. When Fellows are ready to start a company — be it two years after college or nine — VFA has the resources (like a crowdfunding competition and accelerator) to help make that dream a reality.
