We are a global community of impact founders and investors, connected to create a sustainable, healthy & equitable world. Spring is for you if you’re passionate about creating positive change through business and seeking opportunities to turn that passion into action. We support a diverse range of founders at all stages of scaling their impactful solutions and the impact investors seeking compelling deal flow that makes a difference. The Spring Community brings together impact founders, investors, partners and collaborators in a refreshingly real way - no ego, masking or posturing needed. Be yourself, do great work and connect with others who care about balancing profit and purpose too. We are dedicated to creating inclusive + equitable opportunities for founders and investors who have been systemically excluded for way too long. This includes actively learning, unlearning, listening and iterating to create spaces of belonging where everyone who is Indigenous, Black or a Person of Colour, 2SLGBTQAI+, disabled, neurodivergent, newcomer or immigrant feels safe, heard and served. Visit our website, come out to an event, participate in our offerings and see if Spring is precisely what you need to achieve your goals for better business and a better world.
