Our tongue says a lot about our health. Lingual dysfunctions are a major cause of problems as diverse as chronic snoring, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), mouth breathing, malocclusion (misalignment of the teeth), bruxism (teeth grinding and jaw clenching), temporomandibular joint dysfunction and atypical swallowing.
Tongue Lab created the TRP (Tongue Right Positioner), a patented, oral medical device designed to reeducate the tongue and permanently restore its physiological functions, position and muscle tone. The TRP is worn on the upper teeth while we sleep for an average of six months only. By treating the lingual dysfunctions that cause sleep-breathing disorders and other health problems we live with day and night, the TRP is designed to do much more than alleviate symptoms. Focusing on the cause of these frequent health problems means striving to cure them. Lingual reeducation with the TRP is meant to do just that.
Clinical trials using the TRP are underway or will be launched soon to determine the scientific impact of the TRP as a cure for chronic snoring, OSA and sleep bruxism. Tongue Lab is currently working with dentists, orthodontists, sleep specialists, orofacial myofunctional therapists, and other healthcare professionals in Europe, the United States and Japan to bring the benefits of the TRP to as many people as possible worldwide.
At Tongue Lab our mission is to encourage people of all ages to awaken to their full potential and shoot for the stars. Lingual reeducation with the TRP can play an important role by improving breathing and the quality of sleep. Smiling with greater confidence can make a big difference too!

Aenitis Technologies is a spin-off of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) and the Laboratory of Physics and Mechanics of Heterogeneous Environments (PMMH) of the Graduate School of Industrial Physics and Chemistry of the City of Paris (ESPCI) specializing in developing innovative solutions for separation, handling and filtration of biological particles in suspension or not based on acoustophoresis technologies.
The company initially focus on medical issues where its technological solutions bring innovation breaks with current practices.
The company has many academic and institutional distinctions that promote it as a highly promising French start-up.
Aenitis Technologies aims to become a global leader in filtration solutions or fractionation acoustophoresis.

In order to help patients, practitioners and researchers to better understand cells, morphogenics and functional behaviors, Onteis posits that a theoretical approach of medicine is required.
Onteis provides tools to visualise relevant aspects of biological organizations on the basis of this theoretical standpoint.
Example: cardiac representation in 2D-biological time
A theoretical approach of organisms requires a specific temporality. Here the heartbeat is geometrically represented in 2D-time where one of the dimensions, specific to organisms, is circular and the other, related to the oriented thermodynamic time, is one-dimensional.
The fractal like shape of the circles shows the multi-scale structure of biological variability and their underlying trend to follow power laws.
This fractal-like structure originates from both unpredictable internal and external variations of biological constraints.
Onteis provides tools to manipulate and visualise the variations of constraints as graphs, both at the biological level and at the level of patient expectations.
