Founded in May 1995 in Barcelona, Grupo Intercom is a prominent Venture Builder with experience in online classifieds and marketplaces. Having launched 50+ businesses, it has totalled 20 exits to players like Cable & Wireless (UK), Trader (CAN), Schibsted (NOR), Tripadvisor (US), Xing (GER), Digital River (US), and Weddingwire (US). In addition to these outstanding results, its founders and management team feel proud for having created 1,000+ jobs and being home to some of Spains top entrepreneurs in the early 2000s.

ImpulseToGrow is a corporate boutique specialized in internet and technology start-up companies. We advise both entrepreneurs and investors. We have advised tens of deals both in the selling and buying side in the last 7 years.
