To craft a network of autonomous individuals, teams, and communities that want to co-develop improved ways of communication, leadership skills, operational structures, and governance. By studying and applying the concepts of the oldest and strongest network in the world, the mycelium, we aim for a future of interconnected growth, well-being, and endless possibilities. We run an online community aimed at helping people create their own definition of success. We also put on live events, where we help attendees build connections with us and each other, and gained access to valuable mental and organisational and relational tools. At our online workshops and in-person events, we support the empowerment of participants at the individual, group and network levels.
